SERIOUS ASSAULT CLOSES CITY STREET

Part of Aberdeen city centre has just reopened, after a man was seriously assaulted.  The 24 year old's in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with head injuries.  He was found lying on Bath Street at 1 o'clock this morning.  The street and Windmill Brae were closed to let the police investigate.  They're trying to find two men in their early 20s who were spotted in the area.

COUNCIL DEFENDS RECYCLING PLANS
